 Following his success in music, Matthew co-founded CR Records, a label created specifically for The Band Crossroads.  The label extended its mission beyond Crossroads, partnering with artists across New Mexico and the Tejano music community to provide support in music production, recording, and artistic development.  

 Matthew co-founded CR Music & Entertainment, a venture that further expanded the Crossroads catalog. The “CR” in the company’s name originated from the band Crossroads, reflecting its musical roots. Driven by his passion for the Tejano music genre, Matthew set out to bring Tejano music to the Land of Enchantment, where he established the largest Tejano music outlet in New Mexico. The knowledge and experience he gained in the Tejano music industry were instrumental in making CR Music & Entertainment a resounding success.   Founded in September 2004, CR Music & Entertainment was built on Matthew’s extensive knowledge of the Tejano music industry. After much thought and consideration, his business partners made the decision to discontinue operations in honor of Matthew’s legacy and the success of the business he created. 

 Matthew was also a founding Partner of Heritage Audio Visual. In his years of experience in the audio visual industry, Matthew was an experienced Production Director, Project Manager, Audio Visual Technician, Video Switcher, Audio Technician, Lighting Technician, Production Manager, Rigger, Event Specialist, Graphic Designer, Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative. Matthew's creative custom-set designs are what has helped brand Heritage Audio Visual and truly make its mark in the industry.   Matthew's creative ideas continued to evolve. He always enjoyed seeing his creative set designs come to life and was even more pleased when his clients shared the same excitement.
